EasyStep was born out of a personal quest. While I was busy building my career, I noticed that I was spending more and more hours behind my desk. The days were productive, but physically I felt increasingly drained.
My mother recognized this feeling in her own way: she wanted to stay fit and vital, even as she got older. Even my grandmother, who has always been active, was looking for an easy way to stay active at home.
We all recognized the same problem: modern life demands a lot from our minds, but often too little from our bodies. Long days of sitting, little time for exercise, and a growing need to make health a part of daily life.
