Easystep works perfectly on most indoor floors, from parquet and tiles to low-pile carpet. The anti-slip rubber base absorbs vibrations and protects your floor from scratches. For extra stability and noise reduction, we recommend using it on the included mat.
What speed is best to work at?
For walking while working, we recommend speeds between 2 and 4 km/h. This ensures your steps are smooth and your posture remains comfortable for long sessions. If you want a more active pace during breaks, you can go up to 6 km/h for a brisk walk, all adjustable with the remote control.
